One of the biggest advantages of having your entire wedding at Bear Brook Valley is being able to keep the day in one location. Both sides of the wedding party were able to get ready on site, which made for a relaxed start to the day without having to worry about traveling between hotels, homes, ceremony locations, and the reception.

From a wedding videography perspective, this also gives us more opportunities to capture the smaller moments that help tell the complete story of the day. The anticipation while getting ready, interactions with family and friends, final details, and reactions before the ceremony all become part of the finished wedding film.

The couple chose to have a first look before their ceremony, taking advantage of the beautiful grounds at Bear Brook Valley.

We love filming first looks because they give couples a few quiet minutes together before everything really gets moving. It also creates a great opportunity to capture portraits and wedding party footage earlier in the day, leaving more time after the ceremony for the couple to enjoy cocktail hour and spend time with their guests.
